For all developers that sell on the marketplace:

Is the OpenCart support ticket system working for you to view your support requests? For almost a week I've been getting a "403 Forbidden" error when I try to check my tickets. I've contacted OpenCart support but I haven't heard back from them, so I'm wondering if this issue is just me, or is more widespread.

Let me know if it's working for you or if you're blocked. If anyone has tried contacting me and I haven't responded, please make sure you use my contact form instead of the OpenCart ticket system:

Hi

The last ticket I received through https://opencart.zendesk.com/ was eight days ago, and I haven't received any new tickets since then. However, I am able to login and view my previous tickets.
