Hi,
When in the UK the Royal Mail Shipping extenstion works.
We closed of all the countries, but the UK, this still worked. We've now opened Portugal, but customers are saying it says 'Warning: No shipping options available'.
How do we get the extension to recognise Portugal? And all other countries once available?

You said you’ve closed all the counties. Did you mean countries? If that was a typo, then you already have your answer.

The typo wasn't the problem, it was my Royal Mail app not recognizing any country apart from the UK.
