Hi,
Opencart version 3.0.3.8. Site in question is of a running business of first copies of certain brands. Issue is that emails of order confirmation are being tagged due to copyright keywords originating from our site.
So, if I have list of keywords, where can I edit the email content before going out, essentially I'll only need to scan the product names in the order and replace copyright words with asterisks or remove them altogether.
So, where can I check that if product names in order has those keywords, replace them with asterisks and then send the email?

What service are you sending the emails through? Sounds like you need to change it.

There is no copyright infringement generated by standard OC emails - "certain fields" in standard opencart is your product names - but it sounds like something else sis going on with your site / email - what fields are you referring to? you can replace words using php - depending on your php version to some extent but the logic you can find https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.str-replace.php

You're right, mainly I need to edit product names of the products in the order before the confirmation mail goes out, where do I do that.
And yes, copyright issue is with the product names, as they contain names of certain brands, whose first copies are the products.
So yes, I'll need to edit product names before sending out the email
And no, I cannot edit the actual product names on the site. I just need to do that in outgoing email

Then that is your web host.
I suggest you use something like MailChannels.
