We have been on opencart Ver 3.0.3.8 for 3 years now with no issues. I log into the Admin every day no issues. But today when I go to log into the admin it will not display the login page for me. I called my hosting company. No help. We have not made any changes to the site in over a year. The customer facing site is working with no issues. Any suggestion on what to check to get the page to display again?

Share site url with us here. Sometimes hosting companies do make changes on the server end which could effect site. Or may be simply your table is corrupted.

???It seems likely to be a server change. You should host with a company like Antropy.

IF your domain is what is listed on the screenshot.... kandccollectibles.com the screenshot is a parked page normally used for a domain that has expired so I would get with your webhost and ask them what is going on.KandC wrote: ↑Wed Aug 27, 2025 5:42 pmSee attached screen shot. EDITED to update the domain to spell it correctly but advice is the same. Admin page still shouldn't show that parked page and I'd ask your webhost.

Ditto above - looks like either you have not paid your host OR you have not paid your web developer / designer who has you on a "Reseller" packing account. It usually is not immediate and you get some "breathing space" so check your emails and spam boxes
