I have this error ( open_basedir restriction in effect ) when I am logging in my opencart 3.0.4.1 dashboard .
I have read a lot posts about it and I m wondering why there is not an official solution coming with the 3.0.4.1 version ?

So have you changed the line in
upload/system/library/template/twig.php
to this?

I think the best solution is to contact your hosting provider. Alternatively, you can move the storage directory into your domain's root directory
