I can confirm that this worked for me too in OC 4.1.0.3
For those needing help:
1) DESIGN >> SEO URL
2) Click the + button to add a new SEO URL
3) Enter the following: Key = route, Value = information/contact, Keyword = contact
4) Click the save button
