I added a png icon in System > Settings > Site Details > Icon
But its not showing as favicon.
Im doing anything wrong ?

My advice to you is switch to OC 3.0.4.1 and don't use Journal, use one of our CSS-only themes: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... er=antropy

His website doesn't have any favicons defined in the header.twig. If Journal3 is used it's best to ask Journal3 for support.
