View / style email sent to customers

Hello,
Using version 4.1.0.3
I would like to know if there is a way to view email sent to customers without actually going through the checkout process, and sending an email to myself?
View meaning actually see what it looks like when it gets to the customer. Then being able to make changes to it.
As far as I can tell there is only one (when customer makes purchase) that has my logo on top.
The logo is HUGE, one side of the page to the other, then the actual message is in small print.

It depends how your store is configured to send emails but usually there will be a "Sent" folder in whatever email service you use that will show you.

You can edit the email template in catalog\view\theme\default\template\mail/order_add.twig. It's just HTML with Twig. You should be able to manage it.
