[CLOSED] Customer History and Transactions not displaying OC 3.0.x.x

When I select a customer in the Admin dashboard, there is no information stored under the History or the Transactions tabs.
I know the customer has orders.
I know the customer was notified when the order status was changed.
This is not only on one store but various stores. OC 3.0.3.8, OC 3.0.3.9, OC 3.0.4.0, OC 3.0.4.1

If someone could assist I would really appreciate it.

Orders don't appear under those sections. Transactions is for credits, etc. History is just for adding notes about the customer.
