Works for me. Check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs. Also check your web browser's developer console.

I get this error message:

SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier "Error"
parsererror
Error: <b>Notice</b>: Undefined property: Proxy::getProductImages in <b>/home/toolstou/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-manager_controller_catalog_product.php</b> on line <b>1331</b>
File: /home/toolstou/public_html/system/engine/proxy.php
Line: 91

And here's the culprit:
Image Delete On Product Delete oc4 v1.0
vqmod/xml/image_delete.xml_ (1.01KB)

After disabling, the problem is gone.

While OpenCart 4.1.0.3 has a number of known bugs and shouldn't yet be used for live sites, this isn't one of them. If you really want help here, then you have to provide some more details, see forum rules. E.g. you error message reveals that you are using a 3rd party VQmod-based extension causing your error.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

The problem indeed was caused by a third party extension. Meanwhile it's solved.
