Reviews - what do you use - what is the best practice?

Reviews seem to be the place where I am now focusing. The built in review system, IMO, is pretty weak. I am open to hearing what people use with opencart versions 2.3.0.2 and/or 3.0.4.0 - 1.
I looked into google reviews and unless I am missing something it takes a lot of extra work to get set up and then you need to use an extension to integrate it into OC. If that isn't the case (aka a lot of extra work to set up with google, please let me know).

So I am looking for what others do. What do you use that you'd swear by, recommend to your best friend and why?

On our vape shop we use TrustPilot and it's pretty good.

For Antropy we use Google Reviews but we don't automatically show them on the site.

How was the set-up for google? Easy? Complicated? etc... Also could you clarify the "Don't automatically show them"?

I'll take a look at trustpilot and see if it looks good to me.

We don't display them on the website, we just have them on our Antropy business page on Google which is easy to set up.
