Stock OpenCart's log viewer is relatively basic and limited . This extension is an administrator's best tool for viewing and interacting with any log files (not just the stock OpenCart log file). The extension provides a "tail-like" experience.
Log files that are supported:
- OpenCart's standard application / error log file
- Apache access and error log files
- VQMOD Error log files
- any files with a ".log" extension residing under the webroot folder.
- the ability to choose the log file you want to view
- the polling frequency to receive updates
- the ability to filter and search through the selected log file using vim-type command inputs with clear help for the novice administrator
- the ability to scroll back all the way to the beginning of the file
