Hi all.
My problem is with my openCart v3.0.4.0. (hope I am in the correct area here) It takes orders and processes them through authorize.net. The problems I am having are :
1. the orders aren't being logged in the opencart system; when I check latest orders they are not being added to the opencart database so I don't know what people are ordering.
2. the system is sending out a notification email to an extra email address of one of my employees. I have only two emails in my system, the site email, my email in the additional email alert in system/settings/mail.

I am not so much bothered by the extra email I am much more concerned with the recent orders not being logged. Does anyone have an idea of why /where this could be remedied?
Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

This is the wrong section as it's for version 4.x not 3.0.x.

If you filter the orders by Order Status - Missing Orders do you see them?

Have you check both the OpenCart error log and the PHP error log (ask your host if you don't know where its is)?

Thanks I do understand that the version starts with 3.0 but it also has 4.0 in the version, like this 3.0.4.0 Can an admin move this post to the correct area?
I think the problem may be with a UPS shipping module. I checked my error log and it looks like extension upsmodule is the problem, it's not being loaded. Do I find a new extension and load that? Thanks

Please provide as much info as you can.
Yes 3.x.x.x are all opencart 3 versions as all that start with 4. are 4 versions.
But "not being loaded" and something in the error log.... ok what exactly is the error? I am GUESSING the UPS module isn't working anymore to give quotes and that is the cause of the issue are reporting. UPS has gone to an OAuth requirement to get quotes so that very well could be what he issue is. Since you are just using UPS to get quotes for cost of shipping, turn it off and activate the FedEx shipping estimate extension and see if your orders are recorded properly.
If so... then you have found the problem.
And if that is the cause then you will have to replace the UPS extension with one that works as the built in version is legacy, there are a few in the marketplace you can use in place of the legacy version.

Yeah, the built-in UPS shipping won't work anymore. We have removed it from the OpenCart 3.0.x.x branch.
