I am trying to setup my paypal account in opencart.
When I try to login I get error on picture. I tried with my personal paypal account and I get the same error.
I have contacted paypal and they don't know what is wrong. They had a problems with sms confirmation for 2 weeks now they fixed that but I can not add my paypal account into opencar 3.0.4. I get this error after I put in my email and password to login
They really are useless these days aren't they.

The error is for paypal, if they do not know what there debugging code means then you will have to use another payment provider.
Since it is not working on your personal account either Paypal is not available in all countries. Maybe your country has been removed.
Maybe it is to do with the oath upgrade in which case you will have to pay for an extension or use a different provider.

What exact PayPal extension do you use? Is it the PayPal Checkout Integration V3.0.2 ? If so, you could contact the author at https://github.com/Dreamvention/paypal

If you can't get the free version working I have two paid alternatives:
• PayPal Payment Gateway
• PayPal Payment Gateway Pro
Mine require you to manually copy the Client ID and Secret into OpenCart, but after that it should work without issue. If you do have any problems you can reacah out to me here:
