i am using opencart 3.0.8 journal theme..the order email notification coming as plain text ..but why not come as table format in the email??
how to fix that
is it html format problem?
where i have to check?
in email settings
or website file templates

VERY first question ... does it work with the default theme?
Unfortunately journal messes with all sorts of code and who knows if it is OC or journal or something else you added in.

To start with: There is no such OpenCart 3.0.8 version. Secondly, you should use OpenCart, not the Journal3 framework. The OpenCart order confirmation emails are formatted just fine with regards to HTML tables.
