Forcing Language Switch via URL Parameters

Hello,

Is there a way to add parameters to the URLs in order to force a language switch? For example, I would like to use a URL like:

https://imaginarypower.net/index.php?ro ... on/contact&lang=fr

This would allow the page to load in French by default.

Im using Opencart 3.0.4.0
