Is that possible?
I tried to change o catalog/view/theme/your-theme/template/common/header.twig.
but that didn't worked even when I clear cache.
I'm dead curious why you would want to do that, sorry, I'm just really nosey.
Anyway, try refreshing the Modification Cache as it is possible that there a mod already editing that file.

that was just a dumb example, not the real thing, I will add a link to opencart site, but I need to know how to.grgr wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 7:31 amYou want to add a link to the top of your store that will take customers away from your site - specifically gmail that not everyone uses?

no it is not edited in theme editor. where to edit that.ADD Creative wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 12:42 amEditing that file would work if it's the front end you want to add to. Did you refresh modifications? It it already edited in the theme editor?
yes I did refresh mods.
You use the correct code, change the correct file, in the correct place, clear ALL cache - that is the process.
Your post is not clear if you are having an issue with opening in another page or the link not appearing.
It has been presumed the link is not appearing - please confirm.
Your post is not clear if you are changing the correct file.
It has been presumed you are changing the original file. Please confirm you are not changing a modification file.
Your post is not clear where “at the top at header”. Please be more clear.
- You have edited something using the theme editor and this will effect your current edit.
admin => design => theme editor
- You already have an edit on that code in ocmod
- You have caching on your host or theme etc
- You are adding it in the wrong place.
- You are changing the wrong file
If you want further assistance be more clear about your question, post your site, or ask for developer to look at it. The cost would be negligible you should consider it if you are stuck.

yes there is no link at the top what I wantby mona wrote: ↑Wed Apr 02, 2025 7:22 pmUsing the theme editor and ocmod together is not advised unless you understand what you are doing. This could already be the cause of your problem.

exactly what I did You use the correct code, change the correct file, in the correct place, clear ALL cache - that is the process.
and I didn't use theme editor to change something but I have installed some of extensions.
I am changing original file which I didn't change before.
site sellyour3d.com
is there any extension for, to add more links?
here
It will not be working because you already have a modification on it. This will mean that you want to put it somewhere you cant because of the modification.
Try changing where you want to put it still in the nav bar but not where you are putting it - just for a test at least.
If this is the cause you will need to edit the modification itself to add it or create another modification.
There probably is an extension, maybe even free, but due to your purpletree it will cause a conflict so probably not the best idea either.
Finally - maybe you are just doing it wrong, paste the code of the nav bar you have tried.
and please put it in </> tags which is the 5th box along just under the subject header. Highlight all the code part and press that button.

This might be a good option for you since your nav bar is quite long, but it depends what links you want to add I suppose.
