PayPal payments stops functioning whe an OpenCart 3.0.3.9 site is moved to a new server

I have a site that has been working fine for over a year but I need to move it to a new server. When the site is moved everything is working until you got to checkout payments and the PayPal just does nothing once the order is submitted.

Is there something I am missing?

There is a lot we are missing like what does "the PayPal just does nothing" mean? Which Paypal extension? Etc.

It is the PayPal Checkout Integration that is shipped with the OpenCart 3.0.3.9 package.

When user goes through Checkout and clicks the Pay with PayPal button after filling out all of the required information the system does nothing, it is just in a hung state. The only thing the user can do is close the page.

I would suggest as a first step to maybe check the brower console and see if any of the URLs are haaving an issue like returning a 404. Anything in any error logs?
