[SOLVED] Notice: Undefined index error Admin Panel

Hi,

I recently upgraded from OC version 3.0.2.0 to 3.0.4.0, after the upgrade i am facing the following errors in my admin panel. Any guidance or support to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Notice: Undefined index: permission in /home/DOMAIN/public_html/system/library/cart/user.php on line 54
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/DOMAIN/public_html/lemonbar/controller/startup/error.php:34) in /home/DOMAIN/public_html/system/library/response.php on line 36

Check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs, in case there are other errors.

Check the database user_group and user tables match user_group_ids.

This is only a notice, so it can probably be ignored, but that message itself is causing the next message.

Perhaps adjust your error reporting level so it doesn't output notices.
