coupon option not available during checkout ver 4.

open cart Version 4.0.2.2 During checkout there is no coupon box - coupon is enabled in extensions order total and a coupon code has been generated but there is no coupon box to put the code in during checkout - is there a fix for this?

The coupon be entered on the cart page not the checkout page.

thank you - that is a bad location - would make more sense to have it in checkout because most people won't view cart, but at least I know where to find it now, much appreciated!
