Can anyone show me where to go to remove this from footer "Delivery Information"
I'm using ver-3.0.2.0 opencart

You need to remove it from or comment it out in:
catalog/view/theme/your-theme/template/common/footer.twig

Edit Delivery Information from Catalog- Information and uncheck Bottom

You do it from the admin area when logged in. From the left menu go to "Catalog/Information Pages/Delivery Information/Edit" and uncheck the Bottom box.
