Fraud on purchases on opencart

The payment gateway this website uses for purchases is not a secured one. My credit card details inserted on my last purchase were used for fraudulent activities. I have already reported this to the police. Why everything from China and Hong Kong has to be a scam a fraud or bad quality? ...or pandemic

I have never heard of anyone experiencing fraud by purchasing on opencart.com, so it's likely that your card info was compromised from some other site. However, you should report this directly to the OpenCart team so they are aware:

I fully support Johnathan's statement. Personally, I have extensively used the OpenCart marketplace for both purchasing and selling extensions, and I have never encountered any issues. If there was a problem with someone's card, it's more likely it was compromised elsewhere. Additionally, the claim that everything from China or Hong Kong is problematic seems overly generalized. Major companies from the USA and Europe, such as NVIDIA and Apple, rely on Chinese manufacturing for their products, demonstrating the reliability and quality of goods produced there.
