Is there a Coupon Hack ?

I wanted to know if there is some coupon hack because i have a small e-commerce site that gets a few orders a month so anything unusual i would spot instantly. I sell high-ticket items around $800 and someone just placed an order everything is ok payment has been received however i noticed that they used a coupon which i never set up. I went into the coupon section and do see the coupon they have used which has the start date of 26/12/24. I have not logged in for 1 week and i did not set this coupon up. They gave themselves $60 off which isn't much but they knew if they did give themselves any more i would notice instantly. I sell a niche product very large and heavy it doesn't appeal to everyone so I'm sure the customer is genuine but somehow they have used a trick .Noboby else has access to my site only me. how is this possible ? any ideas ? opencart version 3.0.3.8 with journal

Opencart is secure. Journal is neither compliant with nor considered Opencart, I would not like to comment on its security. Extensions and themes make many changes no one would be able to know if any of these have poor coding. It is best if you go to the commercial section and ask for someone to take a look.

Why not ask them where they got the coupon code?
