Can anyone tell me on how to remove the phone, wish list from the top of home page, I am using opencart version 3.0.2.0

Did you edit and upload via FTP? Did you hit the modifications and theme refresh buttons?

There's one more thing I would like to remove " Add to Wish List, Compare this product" this is next to Add To Cart. Do you know what file to edit?

That is in a few places. Where do you want to remove it?

As explained above, products are not shown on the homepage in native Opencart.
Use design => layouts to determine which extension has added product thumbs to the homepage and create a vqmod to remove the compare and wish list from the ADD to CART button in exactly the same way as has been explained for the phone and wish list. You will probably need to edit the Add to Cart width accordingly. For more information you can search the forum (or via google including the word Opencart in your search) as this has been asked and answered many many many many times.

In the meantime as posted above.
1. Native Opencart does not have product thumbs (the common searchable name for the element you are describing) on the homepage.
2. Use design => layouts to determine the extension / module.
3. Using the same method as has been SOLVED you can edit the thumb wishlist and compare (the common searchable name for the element you are describing).
4. Using google you can assist yourself in solving this all by yourself as it has been asked many many many times before and there are many many many solutions, all of which are free and only require the simple task of searching google.
