The error is calling for system/library/msloader.php
system/library/msloader.php is not in core Opencart OC3.0.2.0
The file probably doesnt exist in that location.

You have installed an extension. That extension is looking for the file "system/library/msloader.php" That file does not exist - If you FTP to that folder on your server, you will not see that file.
This is why you have the error.
So, dissable your vQmods (rename them from xzy.xml to xyz.xml_), starting with the most recently installed, unil you find the culprit.
