On OC 3.0.3.2
Using the extension that makes shop owner get same mail as customer since shop owner need all order details which the default mail to him doesn't. However, the mail doesn't show any comment that the buyer might add. Have found and tested a couple of solutions posted in the forum, but none actually works. Anyone?

I've seen on the forums somewhere a post that describes adding a bcc to the system-wide mail function so that the store admin gets all emails exactly as they are received by the customer. It may be that the customer also doesn't receive the comments box?

Thanks for suggestion, but I think you missed the point. :-) We already get exactly the same mail as the customer. Checked that. It's 7 years old thread. Doesn't work as it's for a previous version of OC, referring to files, etc, that no longer exists.
Maybe it's just me. But that it's impossible to make customer comments included in the mail to shop owner unless you're a OC pro is pretty appalling. In this case, it's food delivery business. When a customer add e.g. text about food ingredients that must be left out due allergy, it's obviously crucial that the info is shown in the mail.
Why not check the admin of the shop? Because the mails are in plain sight for all staff to read and the shop owner has no intention of letting everyone be able to login as admins.
So, can you fix this for me? Make customer comments shown in the confirmation mail to the customer (which also sends to shop owner)?
