Fatal error: Call to a member function get_version() on null

I installed an extension BU Top Banners https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=36110

which then caused the following Error on the store home page:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_version() on null in /home/xxxxx/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/controller/common/header.php on line 40

I can still login to admin.

I have now installed the extension, but the error is still present.

I have emailed the two support email accounts but don't have a response yet.

Whats the easiest way to get my store back online please?

Guess you meant: uninstall ?
If so, have also refreshed the modification cache?
Or - if that not works and the error persists, delete all files inside the folder system/storage/modification (e.g. per FTP).

That should bring back your store.

If the developer of that extension is nor responding, contact the OpenCart Marketplace Support direct.
