CSS Issues or is it this "twig" thing?

Hi All,

So I did a clean installation of opencart v: 3.0.4.0. I got all the information migrated from an older site (1.5.6.xx). The issue I have is it seems to me the default theme isn't finding the css, or there is a bug in the version. On my imac, I tested it on server browsers, Firefox, safari, chrome. and it displays correctly, but when I tried this on Brave, I get a display that looks like it's missing the style sheet communication. In fact, when I visit the opencart home page using brave, I get the same visual disaster. It is also present using my android phone browser and my PC laptop so I know it's not just my imac acting up. I wondered if installing a new theme would sure this, but if the OC home page is doing the same thing, I doubt this would clear it up. Any thoughts on how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have installed a proper SSL certificate which would also support your subdomain. And then make sure you use 'https://' in your config.php and admin/config.php files.
