I set up my site last month (using OpenCart 3.0.4.0)and have had a few orders but I got an email today saying my recent customer doesn't get any downloads attached to their account. They appear to be logged in, and the payment was sent to me successfully, and it's completed on the website, the downloadable file is attached to the product, but they get a message saying "You have not made any previous downloadable orders"

I tried searching the forums for similar issues but didn't have any luck. Everyone says once the order is "Complete" the files should be downloadable but they're not. I don't see a fix for it or any clear resolve, hoping someone knows. Thank you :)

You have probably checked already but make sure you don't have multiple conflicting order statuses. Also check in your settings that Complete is the order status required to access a download. Make sure the product is set to no shipping required and a download file is assigned to it.
