No paypal buttons show up, just a spinning circle

I changed my paypal account from a personal one to a business one and uninstalled and reinstalled 3.16
Now none of the buttons show up on the extension button page or any other page including the actual site.
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It accepts my API info when i manually enter it but it still doesnt fix it.
Any ideas?

What is your opencart version, Theme/extension installed? what are the errors in your error_logs/server logs?

I am experiencing this too. When I go to pay and select PayPal as the payment method, it shows a grayed out "Pay with Card" button with two spinning circles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the same thing is occurring. I am using Version 4.0.2.3. Following this post and added my log just in case it helps determine the issue.
