How to fix URLs on Opencart 4.0.2.0?

SEO URLS are installed and turned ON, .htaccess file is renamed.

Is there any reason why you are using 4.0.2.0 which has a lot of known bugs? The whole OpenCart 4 branch is still under development, for a stable release use 3.0.4.0. If you really want to experiment with OpenCart 4, use 4.0.2.3, and this forum thread might give you some insight about how to modify the URL.

As far as I know, there isn't yet any extension for this. Also, don't use the Journal3 framework, use OpenCart. along with a proper standard-compliant theme.
