What opencart version? Whole 4 digits.
What does the server error log say?
Ask the theme developer since you paid for the theme.

You need to also look in you server or PHP error logs, not the OpenCart one. Ask your host where these are if you don't know.

Is there any reason why you won't ask the extension and/or theme author to fix these bugs?

You can temporarily disable the extension and continue working. However, I recommend sticking with OpenCart version 3.0.4.0 for now, unless you're confident in resolving the bugs and issues present in version 4.

If your are still getting 500 internal server errors, ask you host for the server error log.

Better to stick with Opencart 3.0.4.0 which is PHP8 compatible, we need to wait for next stable version of Opencart maybe OC 4.1.0.0 or Maybe OC 5 .
