in opencart 3.0.3.7 marketing > mail section the ckeditor tools are not showing, can u please help me.

Check your web browser's developer console for errors. Also check both your OpenCart and PHP error logs.

hi, there is any error logs related to this, actually only this marketing > mail section has this problem with CK editor, other areas are working fine,.

You are using a 3rd party library, located at system/library/shared/tcpdf/ which causes errors. Contact the author. Also, what messages do you get inn the browser's developer console?

Been several months now and just came across your post. Started seeing some of the same errors in my logs.
I'm using an extension that creates pdf invoices to download or print which uses the same library.
The person hasn't been updating the extension so with some investigating through the files I came across the github location for the development of this portion which has had updates.

I downloaded it, deleted the examples folder, and uploaded all the files and folders here: /system/library/shared/tcpdf

Resolved my errors so far that I can see.
