Hello, I am using version 3.0.2.0 where when a user places an order an invoice is automatically sent to his email.
I want to turn off this feature and please help me.
I installed version 3.0.3.8 for the test where this feature has already been fixed. I mean, this version does not send an invoice as soon as you order, and you only receive emails after the status changes.
OpenCart doesn't send invoices to customers. However, if you mean the order acknowledgement email try disabling the mail_order_add event.
Go to Extensions -> Events and find mail_order_add in the list. Then click the red disable button.
You could edit the mail/order_add.twig template and remove what you don't want to appear.
