Trying to Install Fresh Version of 2.0.3.0

Found this link from IP_Cam and tried to do a fresh install on my wamp server but right out of the gate I get this error:

Warning: require_once(C:\wamp64\www\website\system\storage\vendor/composer/autoload_real.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp64\www\website\system\storage\vendor\autoload.php on line 23

Not sure why I need composer to install from a zip file on my local server as I installed other versions successfully running install.php without it like 1.5.5.6 or 4.0.2.3
php: 8.2.11
msql: 8.1.0
apache: 2.4.51
Did I download the wrong zip file?
Any ideas?

OC 2.0.3.0 is quite an old version which won't support PHP 8.2.

Why can't you use a more current version, such as 3.0.4.0 ?

Work just fine on XAMPP, real hosting...

Well, the correct name of the Version mentioned is Opencart v.2.3.0.3
and famous Coder Condor2 just updated it a few minutes ago, just in case you wanna try ...

Because I don't like twig and want to stick with what I know about tpl files.

I also tried to install a fresh version of 2.0.3.0 and then upgrade to 2.0.3.0.3 with no luck either.
2.0.3.0 installed fine on mysql 5.7 but not 8.1.
But 2.0.3.0.3 wont work at all either way with the same error message.
Why should I need composer to install?
I will try to learn xampp to see if it is a wamp issue.

It is 2.3.0.3. Also tested on WAMP and work just fine

Should I be installing this version as a fresh install or upload original version and update to this version?
