open_basedir restriction in effect

hello
need help im try to install Version 3.0.3.9 on hestia panel. but im getting this error after installation complete. im try everything what i know but still its not working. please help me to fix it. im using vps hosting and hestiacp panel... other sites working fine opencart not working

You posted in the bug report section... not a bug. Get with your webhost for this issues. Also do a search on the forum and you'll find lots of answers to this question and any future questions you have.

oh im sorry if im post on wrong section. well i have checked many post and try them not working .. . im using vps hosting unmanaged and hestiacp panel so they dont provide any support.

im checked this post viewtopic.php?p=870129&hilit=open+basedir#p870129but its for v4 i think im also try this not working.
