Changing the screen row to horizontal and not vertical

Hi everybody,

I have OpenCart version 3.2.0-rc.100.
I want to ask if it is possible to change the order display to be sized horizontally and not vertically as default.
That is, a photo and dimensions side by side. Example attached
I'm looking for an extension or a developer who can code.

There is no such OC version 3.2.0-rc.100. And you haven't attached any example to this post. Please read the forum rules.
