I am using 2.1.0.2 version and I have noticed the orders with cash on demand (COD) are missing in the dashboard. I can see that the customer ordered something with COD payment in the Recent activity window. And I can see the order. Only this order. Other COD orders are somewhere and I can not find them.
They are not visible in the order page. And I can see by the order number that a lot of orders are missing.
Has anybody had a problem like this? Thank you for help and suggestions.

COD is Cash on delivery, FYI.
From the order list, select and filter for "missing Orders". You might find them in there.
