Running a test site on OC4.02.3.
Before making any major changes, do full backup at hosting company.
Made some changes, at least one of which caused an issue with OC4, so restored all files & databases from that backup.
Dont know which extension caused the issue
After that tried to install one of the extensions (the one least likely to have caused the issue) - and get "path xxx_integration/ already exists!" - however it is not showing up under extension type
- tried deleting & re-installing, no joy
Surely this should not happen?
What can I do to solve the issue

"Please provide a clearer description of the issue, and more details"
I'm not sure what other info I can provide ! - you have:
- the version I am running (latest standard version of OC4)
- a description of the issue - which is basically that somehow OC4 seems to have retained some details of extensions that were added - but it should not have that detail as I re-installed a full hosting site back up (database / etc) from a few hours earlier - and I need to find a way to install them properly in order to get them to work
what is this xxx_integration
The xxx is because it applies to more than one "path xxx_integration/ already exists!" - so I was trying to simplify the detail of the issue. However, it should not matter what the extension is - the fundamental issue is that somewhere in OC4 it has retained info that it should not have !

Could be the backup was restored over the old files and database. Did you completely remove all the files and database tables before restoring your file and database backups?
No - though logically surely a complete restore from the previous host sitewide back up should take everything back to where it was before any changes were made?
