I try to use Gift Voucher but I have problem with the checkout page. When a user tries to purchase a gift voucher and he goes to complete the payment, the page stops working. He can't buy the Gift Voucher.
Errors:
1) If payment is credit card or bank transfer -> "This page isn’t working, HTTP ERROR 500".
2) If is Paypal -> "Request is not well-formed, syntactically incorrect, or violates schema"
Opencart vesrion: 3.0.3.3

PLUS you are using journal so maybe ask their support too.

Try with a clean install of OC in a sub folder. If all works ok it's probably Journal and you need to contact their support as Mike mentioned. It's been covered many times but with Journal on you essentially don't have an Opencart installation.dimitrispap13 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2024 3:14 amHello,

I found that the problem was the Moosend plugin. I had the following message:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: $order should have at least one product in /home/mysite/public_html/mootracker/vendor/moosend/website-tracking/src/Payload.php:131
Now the problem remains at Paypal -> "Request is not well-formed, syntactically incorrect, or violates schema"
The error_log file is empty. Any suggestion?

I updated Paypal plugin and now Paypal doesn't works!!!

PayPal Commerce Platform was renamed to PayPal Checkout Integration.
You might want to try the Get Support option first on the extension page, in case it's a know issue.

There is a link to an Installation guide when you go to the download. If you do try to upgrade, backup your files and database first.
