Not sure what you're referring to about "in them top bar is only writen "test"".
There are multiple places where the wish list text is used, for example, in account page, account/wishlist page, in the header menu, and also the "Add to Wishlist" button. The following files are where the text "wishlist" is used:
- "default.php" in "catalog/language/en-gb"
- "header.php" in "catalog/language/en-gb/common"
- "account.php" in "catalog/language/en-gb/account"
- "wishlist.php" in "catalog/language/en-gb/account"
That should be all. If you're using German language, just replace "en-gb" in the above with your language code "de-de".
