Hi, I am using opencart version 3.0.3.9. I've noticed that after placing an order, logging into my account doesn't show them in the My Orders section. It doesn't matter how many orders are made, it always shows that you don't have an order
The same orders are displayed in the Admin account.

Where is the problem here?

Are you sure it's the correct account or that the orders weren't placed as a guest? Are you using and extensions that would affect orders?

Yes, I tried twice, I'm pretty sure at least the second time I actually submitted after logging into the account. Also, after placing an order, an automatic notification of successful order placement is displayed and it contains a link to the order history. I click on the order history button right in that message window and it says that there are no orders, although there was just a message that the order was successfully submitted.

I have not installed any additional modules related to letters or order management.

Do the orders actually have an order status set and are in the main list and not only found under missing orders?

Orders are displayed in the sales - order section after logging in to the admin page.
I made another test order and noticed that after receiving an automatic notification about the order and clicking on the automatically generated link about the order, then the information of the same order is displayed to the buyer, but only the specific order that was opened via the link is displayed. When order history (/index.php?route=account/order) is selected again, the same message is displayed that there are no orders.
Nothing new appears in the error log after the submitted order.

A new thing I noticed is that the order history doesn't work only with the additional language. This is in the English language version, this link works and shows orders, but when another language is selected, it shows that there are no orders. I checked that the order.php file is in both languages ​​in the catalog/language/lt-lt/account directory. How could this be fixed?
