Opencart version - 3.0.3.6
The standard Opencart filter is working fine, but any third-party filters (Ajax Filter or Mega Filter Pro/Plus) won't show a result after you select the value on the filter panel.
They both behave the same way, refreshing the page and including the relevant info in the address bar, but the products are not filtered.
I assume this is the same problem on both of them, and something that I have done, or another plugin that is causing this.
Has anyone come across this before?

You should contact the third-party extension's developer for assistance. It's difficult for forum users to diagnose what the problem is when it's involving third-party extensions.xknight2000 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 12:12 amOpencart version - 3.0.3.6

I have discovered that when I disable Journal 3 the filters work ok, so its something to do with that.
You should have read this forum thread. The Journal3 framework is not the same as the OpenCart framework, nor is it a proper web theme.
