OpenCart Version: 4.0.2.3
Square extension: 4.0.1 downloaded from iSenseLabs (the developer).
PHP version: 8.1.21

I'm trying to connect to my square sandbox account. I have entered the correct application id, web hook signature, etc, but upon trying to connect I'm logged out of OpenCart. When I log in again, I'm given the following message:

Code: Select all

We detected a possible cross site attack and have terminated your connection attempt. Please verify your application ID and secret and try again using the buttons in the admin panel.
I have checked all the web hook URLs for different domain/subdomain, but everything checks out. I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks. I have thought about it, but not done yet because I searched the code and saw that that message is generated by OpenCart. It's one of the message constants.

Hey folks, I'm experiencing the same exact issue... I;m setting up a store on a fresh install of OpenCart Version 4.0.2.3
Anyone have some insight or direction in what may be causing this error? I've tried to connect the Square Payments extension on both Brave and Firefox and get the same errors...
Interestingly enough, I get different error message for A) Production Mode & B) Sandbox Mode...
Attempting to connect on Production Mode logs me out of Opencart Admin and spits out " We detected a possible cross site attack and have terminated your connection attempt. Please verify your application ID and secret and try again using the buttons in the admin panel."
Sandbox Mode tosses this error message "To start the OAuth flow for a sandbox account, first launch the seller test account from the Developer Dashboard. "
This error happens with me logged in at Square in the test account...
