Pictures won't download

I am unable to attach pictures for my products. When I click the blue box, I get a red circle with a line thru it. Can you help me? I use 3.0.3.2

Could be all sorts of things. Do you see error messages in the Network tab of the Developer tools when you click it? Press F12 to get the dev tools.
