Payment option for selected customer group

In OC 3.0.3.9 I have 2 customer groups.
One wholesale customers in the Netherlands
One wholesale customers EU

Some customers are allowed to order and pay later.
Is it possible to make a customer group for these clients and offer them paying for an order afterwards?
So other customers don't see this option?

You'd need an extension to do this. I have one called Collect Payment Later that you can limit by customer group, so only customers in that group would see the "Pay Later" option. Then, when you want to collect payment from them, you can generate a link in the admin panel and send them an e-mail with the link. They can use that to complete their payment using your existing payment methods.
