i select oc_shipping_description > export > Custom - display all possible options > CVS for MS Excel
1-but only show me the date 2018 only ,do not till up to date 2019 ,
2-and the column show til no 51 only ,i have more than

Did you checked date range or number of entries? I think you should check the export settings in your cPanel admin for any filters or limitations set for date and column range.
