Upon installation, all seemed to work perfectly till i got to the administration window, added details, and error in red above said couldn't connect to database?
Which is bizarre because database now had files in it? Tried a further 4 or 5 times, clearing out database etc each time.
So looked at config.php files, admin had been written to but no database details, and also main config.php was completely empty. Eventually had to copy admin after adding details of database, and add to main config.php, then go back to installation screen whereby it didn't give me the error this time, and also added the administration details to the database, which it didn't before.
Think you have a problem with the installer not submitting this vital info.
Also another thing picked up, when in administration if i go to catalogue and then use link on home page back to administration I get this error!
Bizarre....when you just come from there! Granted I will be taking that link out but it's a strange thing to happen.Permission Denied!
