Module to create custom order conformation email per product

I am looking for a module that make it possible to change text in the order confirmation email depending on what product the customer buy. I have tried to find but the suggested ones are either not around anymore or have very bad reviews

Well it can do a lot but I cant see the possibility to make a custom orderconfermation email per product. We sell 5 different service products and how to activate them is different from product to product. So I wanted a possibility to either customize the order email confirmation or attach a different attachment depending on the product
