How to work with RSS ?

I am trying to work With RSS feed to Google. How can I work with RSS for the my Opencart-shopping cart ???
Can anybody please help me on this ?
How can I proceed stepwise ?

Is that enough for RSS ?
I am confused! isn't that submitting sitemap is completely different thing than RSS ?

Google only wants the sitemap. RSS feeds are not for anything other than rss readers
